A Note From Jenn

Something new is being born here!

People ask me all the time, “Jennifer, how do you do what you do How have you built what you’ve built without losing your faith.”

The answer is simple. I build from the presence of God. Not just belief, but discipline. Time with God. Scripture. Stillness. Alignment before execution. That rhythm has kept my steps steady and my vision clear.

The Wait Room reflects that same foundation and now with a refreshed look and direction you are invited into that as well. Faith first. Strategy second. Practical tools shaped by spiritual grounding.

Welcome to the place where presence forms your pace and wisdom fuels your work.

Let’s build.

Expansion Starts with Faith

The Briefing

Since May, I told God there was no plan B for my business. Just obedience. Just plan A. And the moment I made that commitment, God started teaching me fast.

The biggest lesson
The people you expect to show up sometimes won’t, and the ones you never thought about will become your greatest support. Some talk. Some walk. And God uses the quiet ones more than you think.

Here’s what I learned:
Don’t overestimate people’s role in your journey and never underestimate God’s.

He will open doors you didn’t even see. He will send help you didn’t ask for. And He will guide you one step at a time if you stop trying to see the whole path.

Your job is to steward the assignment.
His job is to get the glory.
And His kingdom is moving through you, right here on earth.

TODAY’S FORM CHECK

Before you step into this week, pause and check your alignment.

Are you expecting more from people than they were ever meant to give
Jeremiah 17 reminds us that trusting people first leads to dryness, but trusting God plants you beside living water.
Check where your roots are reaching.

Are you waiting to see the whole path before you obey
Psalm 37 says God orders steps, not blueprints.
Ask yourself:
What’s the one step I know God is nudging me to take today

Are you dismissing what God may be doing through unexpected people
In 1 Samuel 16, even Samuel almost missed God’s chosen vessel.
Who have you overlooked
Where might God be moving quietly

Let these reflections guide your pace.
Slow enough to listen.
Steady enough to obey.
Rooted enough to trust._____________________________________________________________________

Feeling the Pressure Yet? Here’s our encouragement:

When we come to Christ we have a burden that should be carried with the utmost elegance and grace. It’s not a burden to be carried alone but rather with a community of responsible believers.

If you’re locking in, bring someone with you!

Forward this. Share the link. Invite them into the tension—into the place where waiting for God becomes training with Him. We carry light, but we carry well. Let’s build this together.

You’re not broken. You’re not too late. You’re being conditioned by the call.

And pressure? That’s just a setup for power.

Somewhere in Idaho- Loving Life!

I don’t write from theory. I write from formation.
Everything I share is shaped in the same place I make my decisions:

The presence of God, the tension of real life, and the discipline of building with clarity.

My relationship with God is the foundation, but the work is strategic. The Wait Room is where spiritual grounding meets practical action, where faith aligns with leadership, and where identity fuels execution. I care about the whole woman: her mindset, her mission, her stewardship, and her resilience.

I’m Dominican born, American raised, and shaped by history, psychology, and the way God wired the human mind. I believe in wisdom that builds, character that sustains, and excellence that honors God.

You’ll hear me say It Builds Character and Remember Who You Are because those aren’t just phrases. They’re anchors. They shape how I lead and how I teach others to build.

And if you’re here, mi amor, you’re in the right place.
You are not waiting passively. You are being conditioned for impact.
Your spirit is being strengthened. Your strategy is being refined.
And I’m walking this out with you: spirit first, strategy second, execution always.

You’re conditioning for something greater and I’m right there with you!

Help us grow The Wait Room! Share it with someone.
