It's a Miracle We Can Breathe

Can these dry bones live? That's the question that starts the miracle.

This Week’s Form Check Focus

The Body is nothing without Breathe.

As I walk into one of the most impactful and abundant seasons of my life, I want to encourage you with one word: Breathe!

Breath is something we often take for granted. We forget to breathe when we are stressed, overwhelmed, or overstimulated. It’s the most essential and healing aspect of the human body.

So why do we so often hold it back when we are bracing ourselves, instead of inviting it in?

This week we will be diving into God’s breathe and the power it holds to bring forth the miraculous.

Mountain Peaks mean More Trees, Less Air… Ironic huh?

The Valley of Dry Bones

The hand of the Lord was on me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the Lord and set me in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones. He led me back and forth among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry. He asked me, “Son of man, can these bones live?”

I said, “Sovereign Lord, you alone know.”

Then he said to me, “Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! This is what the Sovereign Lord says to these bones: I will make breath[a] enter you, and you will come to life. I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’”

The Briefing

There are moments in life when you realize you’ve been standing in the middle of a fulfilled prophecy—and didn’t even know it.

The bones had already come together. The tendons were in place. The form was taking shape. But it wasn’t until God breathed that life truly began.

This week, I’m walking into a place that has been on my prayers list, in my journal, and in God’s heart long before I even knew to ask for it. What once felt like dry bones, dusty dreams, dead ends, unanswered prayers are now rising with form. And still, God whispers: Now watch me breathe.

This is a word for the one who has been speaking faith in the face of silence. For the one who obeyed when nothing looked like it was changing. For the one who's been holding onto the skeletons of a promise. Hear this: just because it has come together doesn’t mean God is finished.

It’s time to ask for the breath.

TODAY’S FORM CHECK

Training Lesson: What promises have come together in your life or are coming together, yet still feel lifeless?

Are you giving God space to breathe His timing into the places you’ve been speaking life over?

Let God breathe on what you’ve built. Don’t rush the timing. The same voice that brought the bones together will be the voice that fills them with power. Keep seeking Him for the breath, and trust that what He’s forming is part of a much bigger army.

Feeling Breathless Yet? Here’s our encouragement:

When we come to Christ we have a burden that should be carried with the utmost elegance and grace. It’s not a burden to be carried alone but rather with a community of responsible believers.

If you’re locking in, bring someone with you!

Forward this. Share the link. Invite them into the tension—into the place where waiting for God becomes training with Him. We carry light, but we carry well. Let’s build this together.

You’re not broken. You’re not too late. You’re being conditioned by the call.

And pressure? That’s just a setup for power.

Off Roading In Joshua Tree

I don’t write from a stage—I write from the trenches.

Sharing my intimacy with God isn’t easy, but I know it’s necessary. I’ve been blessed to experience God’s love and wisdom from such a young age and feel a strong duty to share it with those who want to experience it as deeply as I have.

My hope is that every word pushes you to do the hard thing and fight a little harder each day. I’m a Dominican-born, American-raised woman who loves learning about history, psychology, and the science behind how we’re wired.

You’ll hear me say things like It Builds Character, Remember who you are, and Life is a rollercoaster, enjoy the ride—because that’s how I live.

And if you’re here, I got you my love! You’re not waiting in vain or alone.

You’re conditioning for something greater and I’m right there with you!
